  • Hi Brandon. I've used MFP in the past but haven't been active in a while and never got into the community. I was just using it to track food and exercise. I have gained recently and have a very similar goal as you, mine being a few lbs less but not much. Not from your area either, but yeah, I'm game.
  • Wow thanks. This seems a lot like what I've been doing. I do a good amount and try to keep my choices relatively smart. I drink a crapload of water.
