  • Excited to be part of this group! Ever since I started working (sedentary office job), my eating habits have really gone off the track. I am hoping to clean up my diet, and also lose that extra pounds I have put on over the year. :)
  • 1. Fasted Cardio - Early morning jog (checked) 2. Meal prep for the day (checked) 3. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water 4. Stay on track with my prepped food for the day
