I don't know that you 'need' a rest day. You should listen to your body. If you are tired or just are not feeling it, take a day off. I try to do something every single day. It doesn't have to be a hardcore workout. I can go on a walk on the beach or my neighborhood. I just like to try to always do some form of movement…

Any of those would be awesome. Ranch is just higher in fat and calories than I like and guac is not usually spicy and I was looking for that. Both at the same time would be amazing too.

I tried it the next night with some marinara sauce, but the BBQ was much better. I think it requires something with some zest or spice. So maybe like a zesty Italian or something.

I almost never eat breakfast as I am never really hungry until just before lunch. I've always been this way, and I like to eat too much to force myself to eat when not even hungry. I'm a vegetarian and take a b12 supplement daily. It's 5000 mcg and one of those that dissolves in your mouth. Anyway, I notice a huge energy difference taking this, I bought mine on Amazon.

I had one day, yesterday, where I didn't eat a lot and the program would not let me save and i was like confused as I wanted it to save for the day. Thanks all. I appreciate the help. I'm not under eating, I just eat a lot of things with lower calories and I'm not going to force myself to eat more if I'm not hungry. I really appreciate the ideas. My question was about the program, not asking for advice on my calorie consumption.

I'm not intentionally eating little calories. I'm a vegetarian and since I live in Costa Rica, have a lot of fruits and veggies available to me. I did both of those things and they are still yelling. Lol. No biggie, I'll ignore them.......haha
