I was laughing at this question as I truly don't know the answer! Living in Costa Rica now, all I wear is tank dresses and workout clothes. Never ever pants with a size. Lol.

I much prefer running on trails just because it's more relaxing to me, peaceful, and I get to see the beautiful surroundings. I also think it's much more of a workout.

Any time I can work out outside, I will. So I def prefer running outdoors. Here, I can ewe jungle, the beach, views of the ocean, you can't beat it. Treadmills bore the hell out of me. One pro to a treadmill to me though is the regulation of speed and being able to set down my water bottle.

Not sure on what to take to hot yoga. Pretty much all yoga I do here is kind of hot yoga though since I live on the beach and it's always hot and there is no ac at the one studio I go too, lol. It takes me a while to wake up in the morning and one of my workouts is morning. I like a pick me up and I don't drink coffee. That's it. And I don't to have extra calories or food as it bothers me right before a workout and A drink does not.

For the record too, I served my husbands with rice, but I ate mine on its own and it was amazing both ways!

I love my jump rope. Great cardio to mix into other workouts or do on its own.

I think that really just depends on you and what you will use it for. From my research, it appears almost all the blendtecs and vitamix machines get good reviews.

Oh I use my food processor daily! Veggies, beans, whatever. However, I am a vegetarian living in a third world country so am forced to make a lot of my own food now lol.

I don't eat for at least two hours before class just becuz it bothers my stomach in class and I feel weighed down. I've also never farted in class or noticed anyone else farting, but I'm sure people do. I would talk to the instructor before class to explain its your first class.

I made it myself by just putting cauliflower in the food processor.

I have to take my vitamins with food, or I sometimes fee, nauseous as well. I generally take mine with a meal, and usually dinner since it's my large meal of the day.
