I'm now 75. I've been using this fitness tool off and on for years. It helps me understand how I am treating my health. I don't normally use posts but I would appreciate a few tips or encouragement. Thanks for your help. Take care of yourself.

  • Thanks for asking. This morning I rose early toake a soft boiled egg, 2 slices of center cut bacon, 1 piece of toast from low carb bread, and a shake made with black berries Greek yogurt and non dairy unsweetened coconut milk. I also enjoyed a glass of unsweetened iced tea. Breakfast is my gift to myself.
