  • Thank you. I follow a micros plan eating 190 carbs. 190 protein. 30 fibre and 60 fats with a high carb day a week. I do one hour four times a week at the gym doing weights and cardio. I started with the bike doing 20 mins with 8 X 15 second sprints every 2 minutes. Then got to 40 mins with 15 sprint. I now do 30 mins on…
