I understand the frustration of the scale numbers. I am learning to not let it bother me (though I haven't received my A in the class yet) because as I constantly read on here, weight loss is not linear. So much fluctuations with our body - water retention, sodium from food, working out etc. etc. Hugs

When I was younger, my body would just bounce back. Now that I am old, I believe, as I can see from already losing 50 lbs. that I will certainly have loose skin. Enjoy your ongoing weight loss and try not to stress about after. In clothes, there is always spanks etc. but I really don't think you will have a problem.

Had the shot 2x in about 10 years in between. The shot helps immediately. They are stretches you could do, which I haven't but want to start doing. I got orthodics put into my sneakers.

You look really young which I think should be in your favor with time and getting back to firmness. Lots of exercises out there for firming and toning specific areas. Congrats on your great weight loss!!!

As someone else posted - Premier protein drink. I like the chocolate only. Yogurt- have you tried freezing it - you can freeze for a little bit, an hour or two or more. The consistency has now changed.

Hi, So as others have mentioned, you need to see a doctor. Your blood pressure needs to be checked, probably your A1C blood test needs to be taken. You should get this figured out because you do not want to faint and hurt yourself. Are you on any meds? They may need to be adjusted. Good luck

Usually every day but I do find it frustrating and baffling and makes me obsess about the number. I am trying to do it once a week but old habits are hard to stop.
