Hi! Go into Apps & Devices. There's a list you can choose from to connect to MFP. Make sure you have the Fitbit app downloaded and set up first. Then connect it to your MFP app. Then you enter everything (food, exercise etc) into MFP only. The only thing that gets reorder directly into your Fitbit is your sleep. Hope that…

Thanks BlendaBrenda. I don't know about you but I did so well during my pregnancy...only gained 11kg/24lbs and lost it all fairly quickly but then chaos reigned and then boredom eating.
