Love it! One of the 3 breakfasts I usually rotate through...always low on time in the mornings, so I buy instant and mix a packet of low sugar maple with a packet of plain, add in a little PB2 and good to go! Always fills me up :)

Got a flip belt a few days ago and have used it several times now, so much easier to run with than the arm band. Fits my phone and keys and they don't move around at all. (training for a marathon so it's perfect for long distance running when I also need to bring snacks/fuel)

I took a month off. After tracking with a deficit for 11 months I just needed a mental break so I tried maintence for a month to see how it would go. I was able to maintain for the month with no issues and am now back at it this week. I am glad I took the break, seems to have worked well on my motivation.

Water. I have found that when I am not drinking my goal of at least 90oz a day, I am much more likely to slip and eat more than my calorie goal during the day.

If I don't have time to eat before leaving for work, I bring instant oatmeal packets with me. Easy to make with hot water in a cup or bowl at work.

Last year had the hardest time finding a dress for Christmas parties. Now, with 50 lbs gone, I had 6!! options after only looking at one store. Shopping was a lot more fun this time.

Favorite dressing right now is a spoonful of Dijon mustard mixed with a couple spoonfuls of lemon juice. Super quick to make and around 20 cal.

When you add food to your diary, there is an option to add a recipe. You can build the recipe there and then set the number of servings.
