  • I did it for like 6 weeks and fell off the wagon. I loved it though. I didn't lose any weight, but now I can run distance better
  • Good work! Keep in a healthy BMI. I'm 5'5 136ish and want to be between 125-130
  • Same here, but you aren't cut off. You just have to limit how much you have. If you used to drink 2 glasses of egg nog, try one small cup. If you used to go crazy and eat everything on Christmas (like me haha) then just try to choose one dessert to have on this day. Also, I wouldn't let the last months go to waste. If it's…
  • I've been doing c25k but stopped and now I want to get back on track. Run at your own pace because it's the only way you build up. I had trouble running a minute without stopping and then like 5 weeks later I could do 20 minutes without stopping slowly. I was able to run a mile without stopping in 12 minutes and I honestly…
  • You look amazing! I'm 135-137 and 5'5 wanting to be 125-130
  • I'm addicted to Diet Pepsi, diet soda isn't going to cause weight gain. What causes weight gain is eating more calories than you Burn. What's bad for you is all of the aspartame and caffeine. Diet Pepsi doesn't have aspartame anymore and you can choose a caffeine free option. Also crystal light drinks are 5 calories a…
  • I'm 5'5 and started at 180 pounds. I hardly got attention from anyone and it was awful. Around 10-20 pounds my mom started to notice (or at least she said so lol) then around 30 pounds I started to see it. Around 40 pounds friends and guys started to see it. I'm now 135 pounds and still have a bit to go, but some people…
  • Probably around 10. I started gaining weight and was obese in middle and early high school. Lost the weight after that
  • I STARTED WITH C25K AND I LOVE IT. It's great the intervals work you up very well. I could only run one minute before without having to walk honestly, now I can do a mile and sometimes more. I'm almost done with the app too
  • 5'5 my goal is 125-130 pounds and now I'm 135 :) good luck!
  • Lol yes
  • In my opinion it's not Bad. I have a big sweet tooth too so I can relate, however I keep it in check. Maybe a roll of smarties, or a low fat low sugar ice cream sandwich, a diet soda, Powerade zero ect. Those are a few of my favorites. If you have enough calories you could do like a fun size candy bar. If you start…
  • As long as you're not under a healthy number (typically 1200) I think you should be fine. However, it depends greatly on work outs and things like that
  • Seeing my collar bone, clothing sizes are always a big one.
  • Not sure, I lost 45 and went from around 8-2 in women's. In young women's like 10-6/7 not really sure.
  • Dream body would honestly be something smaller than what my actual body is capable of to be healthy, however my realistic dream body would be toned, muscle, flat stomach, you know the works. I would just look forward to doing my hair and make up and shopping. Going on runs and hikes easier. Being more comfortable at the…
  • You have a similar body to mine lol (I'm 5'5 and 135 with the same goal to just lose a little weight.) I think if you're in a healthy range you're fine, but if 5-10 pounds would be okay. I've recently been running with couch to 5k (it's free and great) I do at-home things like push ups, lunges, squats, ect. Things I find…
  • Love those places!!! But without chicken it's hard to think of healthy options. Panera bread will be fine if you order a soup or sandwich, chick fil a would be a tough one but you can order the salads without chicken in them too. Wendy's has chili, baked potato, and you could always eat value burger or fries as well. Just…
  • Agh according to my scale I was 135, then 136 sometimes I'm 141 it's all if I've eaten water weight ect. It's annoying I've been trying to lose the last few lbs
  • Look, I feel the same way as you I know where you're coming from. I wake up and feel odd around meal time, but I eat anyway because if I don't, what am I doing to my body? I think it's important to get yourself involved in working out or something to keep you on track. That's what saved me and got me eating normal again
  • I am in the same boat! 5'5 135-138 lbs and simply not losing anymore. I'm trying to up my calories to 1450 and losing slowly while doing C25K and walking & other strength moves on off days. I'll accept a slow loss, it's better than nothing at all.
  • Jeans it was about 10 pounds, and so on. Once I hit about 25-30 pounds off I went from larges to some mediums, after 45 I'm size small to medium in tops (I was large) and pants 6-7 (I was 10) dresses 5-7 (I was 10-11)
