  • I just went away for the weekend and places like Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, even Olive Garden, apple bees, and places like that have lighter options which is good. You can always search the menu for local restaurants depending on where you're going and that'll help you get an idea of what to eat.
  • I like cliff bars if I need that much, bananas, apples, string cheese, Greek yogurt, mixed nuts, I love snacking

  • No I actually stopped getting my period and now PMS is worse lol
  • Dannon light and fit Greek yogurts with the crunchy stuff (or any brand of yogurt with the little crunchy and chocolate pieces) work for me. Fiber one desserts, CLIFF BARS YESSS, and if I've done a lot that day, those power bars help me. I try to balance what I eat and do but things like granola bars, Kind bars, etc. help…
  • Sams club just put up the nutrition info for their food court. Same here. They have those big huge great slices and they're 580 calories each. Def a treat food from now on lol

  • C25K is the easiest for me. They're running work outs about 30 minutes long. They also train you to be able to run distance
  • Sounds like he's been watching my 600 lb life. Nobody is "too fat" to get pregnant, their bodies aren't at a healthy place to have a child. Don't take it as an appearance dig, look at it as a call to say "hey I can change my life style again and get back." You've already lost 100 lbs, if you really feel that you want a…
  • ***Sorry this sounds confusing I'm not trying to work out today by any means lol how many days should I wait before eating and working out like normal? Thank you!
  • I struggle with the same thing when I go for sams club pizza, it's best to look for similar foods or even overestimate. Like for example if I didn't know how many calories were in a normal medium slice of cheese pizza, I'd look up pizza hut's cheese pizza. Even it may not be as many, it's still better to play it safe.
  • Yes it is, which is why I don't understand. My dad came and weighed it and said it weighed him funky too. I've had it about a year and the batteries are fine. I also got weighed last May at the doctor at 138
  • Honestly you can but for me personally my abs don't show if I eat junk (I only have like 2-4 cuts anyway) and I get bloated and feel bad and stuff. Once in a while doesn't hurt though
  • This is really bad (carbs lol) because it's a "day off" which means still within calories but I cool down with macros. I plain potato sliced and baked (kind of like fries) and a grilled cheese with no butter just two slices of bread and a slice of American cheese. Can't forget the ketchup!
  • I lost about 42 pounds within a year and while I went slowly, I didn't get mine for a whole 10 months. Now they're back and normal so lucky me. Lol, I think your body just has to adjust to weight loss
  • I lost about 43 pounds and maintained 137 5'5 for a while and I gained weight too. Like up to 145. It doesn't look like I gained a lot of weight, but I think I can tell it a bit in my midsection, again I'm not sure where either. I think these are just small changes we can't really see in ourselves
  • I wouldn't advise cutting out foods completely as it leads to unhealthy habits and sometimes binges, plus it's not crucial to losing weight. I lost 45 pounds by "everything in moderation". Just cut back on the portion sizes and eat healthier more filling foods. As far as working out goes, do what you can and increase that.…
  • I eat the veggie burger there, grilled chicken, and salads are good options. Diet sodas and water or low cal beverages. It's good to be on your feet for burning calories, however just keep mindful of what you're eating at work. Try to save one day that you eat like fries or nuggets or burger or something and then the other…
  • I think hot topic makes dresses like this one
  • I struggle with the same thing, I've gotten to all time lows where I still can't get over when I binged on Easter, it feels like you're always going to feel ashamed and while you may not be proud of It as time goes on you have to start focusing on your new, healthy habits to push forward. Focusing on my disorder is what…
  • I ate so much, it was unfathomable. I mean, so much that I can hardly remember. Breakfast: this biscuit sausage cheese casserole, some fruit, and 2 fat free muffins plus some ice coffee with chocolate milk and many Reese's Lunch: cheese, crackers, chips, dip all that relish trey goodness Dinner: turkey, mashed potatoes,…
  • I think lose 1 lb a week, I stayed in that range for around a month or so which had me at I think 1500ish calories. Then I went to "lose 1 1-2 lbs a week" however there was ALWAYS a cheat/ splurge day those weeks so I averaged losing a pound a week. I lost about 43 lbs
  • I've done the same thing, I struggled with binge eating disorder and went from 1310 calories to 1600 ( really 1750 to maintain but I stay at 1600) and the binges have reduced, I'm much happier here.
  • Yep, I lost a little over 40 pounds.
  • I had a professor once who called it "sh*tology" just stick to deficit and work outs
  • I think resistance training and eating according to your goals/ work outs can help (a professor told me this when I was in college health and wellness) lol
  • It makes me angry too. I've literally stopped eating red meat because I'll never eat a 4oz hamburger or steak and feel satisfied so I just stick to veggie/tuna burgers. Or the thought of ever having apple pie because it's like 500 calories for one piece so I'll microwave an apple cinnamon nutrigrain bar and put lowfat ice…

  • I faced the same thing but did pretty well last year. Save room for a few treats, last year I ate light all day and the one I looked forward to was frozen yogurt. Hide the candy or make sure it's given all away. I also decided to save money that would be spent on food for new clothes
  • I've had the same thing but it's like acid reflex problems, I even feel it after a salad. I don't eat red meat and reduced the amount of meat which helps. Eating earlier helped me because it digested easier and I try to eat light at night if I can. Another thing is probiotics like yogurt and fruit or veggies which helps…
  • I'm going to make sure I don't eat myself sick like usual
  • I'm just like that too. I went from obese to a normal range but one thing that never changed was the addiction. I just found ways to get around it, no im not perfect but I've found distractions along the way to change my habits.
