  • I just hit my 3 month mark of keto and lost 35lbs! I took a week off keto at Christmas and felt just awful. But it was a good test to know that carbs are not for me! I still have a ways to go to hit my goal weight but my weekly results have been consistant and I love the way I am feeling.
  • Apple Cidar Vinegar is a great addition to keto! I hate the taste of it so I take it in pill form. It may not have all the same benefits of the liquid but any help is good help! I am 12 weeks in and lost 35lbs!

  • I am new to Keto too and we just did breakfast prep of small containers with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and topped with shredded cheese. So in the morning we just heat it up and done.
