Don't worry about not losing for one week! But if it continues, make sure you're weighing and counting every bite you put in your mouth (yes, testing the dinner you're cooking counts..) and you'll be good to go. :smile: If you don't have one already, food scales at walmart are like $10 or less and pretty reliable.

Wondering how I ended up on the forums when I was going to go calculate totals for a recipe? Also being sad that we're only eating what's in our pantry for 2 weeks to clear it out a bit so I can't buy any new food to make said recipe.

I've been on the pill since I was 12 for medical issues and I've never gained weight because of it. My sister went on the one where you skipped your periods and she gained like 30lbs, but mostly because it made her eat more.

I drink a lot of diet/low-cal sodas because I know that, otherwise, I would be drinking the 200cal cans of it. Gotta stick with what you can work with! The sugar isn't good for you, etc, but ehhhh.
