WW measuring spoons helped me with portion control. Simple trick early on was no serving dishes on the table. If you wanted more you had to get off your chair and go get it, rather than jus reaching for the bowl.

Dropped twenty pounds since late June, so I am not going to change anything. MFP tells me I can have 2200 calories per day, but I have been shooting to stay under 2000, and have been very successful at doing it.
