Day 2/100 After my 4am wake up to start work for 6 hours, I came home made dinner then have done 30minutes of push ups, and ab work :) not as much as I wanted to do BUT without this challenge I would have just sat on my *kitten*

19.08 day one! I saw this post yesterday and thought, wow! What a great way to motivate people to do more exercise! So I did an hour of bodypump and 15 minutes of yoga :-D 99days to go

For the mornings when you are in a rush, have a bunch of breakfast muffins made and put in the freezer :) pop in the microwave for a quick zap and done!
