She still didn't have to humiliate him..it's all in the delivery. She could have said if you'd like to come up front we can accommodate you more comfortably. He's paying his fare like everyone else and deserves respect. And a little human kindness and tact go a long way, shame on her.

I love the fresh cauliflower too but for work nights the pre-riced frozen is a life saver for me. You can incorporate it into so many dishes or just pop it in the microwave and add butter.
