I'm not sure how much body fat I have, I just guessed 38%.

My deficit is 25%. There is a lot of conflicting information, a podcast I listened to yesterday said to expect the plateau in week 3-4 and plan on fasting but it sounds like that may be extreme. Thanks for all of your responses, sometimes I need to be reminded to be patient:)

Same! This is why my weight sneaks up, I look in the mirror and see skinny and then pictures come back and I can't even believe it.

I ordered two dress sizes for a formal event at the end of February, one in my size now and one a size down. The mini-goal motivating me is to wear the smaller one!

Hi, you can add me! I had 100 to lose and am down 15 pounds so 85 to go. I started ketogenics a couple of weeks ago and so far it's been easy for me to follow but I'll need motivation as well! Good luck to all of you!
