2 boiled/scrambled eggs for breakfast, light soup for lunch and baked fish & veggies for dinner. So far (early days) not finding it too difficult.

Just starting this and have a couple of questions if I may. It suits me better to have 3 meals on fast days, is this not recommended as I am not giving myself enough of a break from digestion? Can't seem to find them in the UK, but Two Chicks make a snack that is essentially all Egg White. Would like to get those.

Slimline tonic or diet cola. If I need to "unwind" a couple of gins and slimline tonic are good.
