I've lost 13.5 pounds in 6 weeks, gone down 1 size am toning my body with Tabata workouts. My current mini goal is another 7 pounds.

I try to eat healthy every day. If I want a bite of a brownie - I take a bite or eat half, log it and work the rest of my calories around it. Sometimes when I know I'm going to want a beer or cocktail I tailor my day- eat more veggies and leaner protein so I can fit the beer into my calories for the day. I also drink more…
