  • @Minion_training_program ... My 1200 calorie daily goal was set by the registered dietitians who led my Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) class ... not MFP. It was based on my body weight. Heavier classmates have higher daily goals. We're together here because we're on similar journeys NOT the exact journey <3
