I LOVE keto. It's the best thing that's happened to me. I have cheat days here and there, but normally I do very well. I LOVE IT! I've lost 15 lbs since I started keto, and I just started working out intensely so I'm excited to see the results!

I am also keto. I have been counting calories as well, but yes the trick is eating more fat so you aren't hungry. I don't even use truvia. I use stevia in the raw or sweet leaf because they both have below one carb. And the heavy whipping cream in the coffee is fabulous! Try the bulletproof as well. Like someone said…
