One glaring weak area for me is late evening emotional/boredom/stress eating. Frequent insomnia compounds this weak area. It's an ongoing struggle.

Make the better choice. If I'm not losing, I need to eat less. The formula for losing weight is simple (eat less), but it's not easy. Portion control makes every food a WW food. There is no morality to food. It's just food.

I'm still a member of WW and use SP. The new program works well with the way I eat, and the transition was easy. Like others, I have tracked for a few days here on MFP for comparison. No workouts here, so no workout buddy! I play golf as often as possible while the course is open here in Michigan, and I work in the yard spring through fall. Then I add the dreaded treadmill once winter sets in. DH joins me in golf when he is home - same with the yard work - but mostly I do these activities by myself.
