  • Check out Dance Fitness with Jessica on YouTube. She has a TON of videos on there. She incorporates dance with excercises like squats and ab work. The music she chooses is amazing!! This keeps me from getting bored with doing the same stuff repeatedly. It's a lot of fun. She also has a killer HIIT video to buy as well!
  • Check out dancefitnesswithjessica on YouTube. She also has a page on Facebook. She incorporates excercises with dancing. Does ALOT of squats in the songs she dances to. A lot of good songs to choose from as well. I tend to get bored easily with workouts and these are a blast!
