If you are confused now :/ the last thing you need to do is start weighing packet contents... if you eat the whole packet that is. So yes the whole packet cooked is 262 kcal. and is one serving If you only have half the content (but why would you) then weigh it. :)

I would agree with Kommodevaran. I wiegh once a week but please do not get up tight about it. Get the tape measure out, take pics. your body will change over time. I record my wieght weekly so i can look back (upto a year) I have not been active on MFP for some time but am looking to get back to posting, feel free to add…

16 - 8 has helped me I have also done a 24 hour fast. I like I.T. If you are looking to kick start your weight loss it is imho worth a try.

I agree with the above start slow... it is not a diet it is a way of life. I joined mfp because I was not eating enough. Water water and more water lol.... try a drop of lemon juice with it or maybe a few frozen berries. The salt is a killer, but not all fat is bad. You can keep your low fat this and diet that..... Good…
