Check mine out, I don't eat like a Splenda consuming mutant. I eat a lot of eggs and lean meats and DESSERT. I am usually between 1300-1400/day, more the last two weekends because I was away.

I have dessert every day!! If you're looking for something more calorie friendly try Yasso Greek yogurt bars (100 cal each) or Halotop ice cream (240/pint). The cinnamon bun and sea salt caramel Greek yogurt bars are amazing!

Thanks for doing that!! M-F I'm pretty sedentary because I work full time and also take a few online classes. On the weekends I will probably eat more to account for being more active. I love hiking and walking/running and being outside and movin around in general!
