I will have one or two cans a week which isn't bad I suppose but I'd like to cut it out altogether. Maybe I should stop trying to be so strict? I have a sweet tooth so I think it's the sugar that I'm missing in my life :smile:

This^ I plateaued too on the scale but then measurements proved my body was still changing. Just because the scale doesn't move, doesn't mean progress isn't being made.

I am not an expert by any means but could part of the issue be that maybe your body has gotten used to the elliptical exercises and you need to switch it up/add more? Maybe the answer isn't less calories but try another workout routine. Keep your body guessing and those calories burning. Also, you have a lot to be happy…
