I have had Hashimotos for 30 years. All I know is to never take synthroid/levoxothyrine with any food. Wait at least an hour to eat after taking it. Shy away from dairy close to when you took your thyroid pill as it inhibits absorption. Of course stay away from refined sugars and white flour products. Diets that have…
