  • Mini goal - I love it! It takes many little steps to travel a long way. Our journey is built on little victories every day that turn into a pound lost that turn into 5 pounds that turn into a lifestyle change.
  • I've been maintaining for the past 3 months after losing 20 pounds and I'm ready to get back at it! 5# in August will be a cakewalk! Current weight - 204.1#. Goat weight August 30th - 196!!! I'm planning to drop another 3# before August 1st. Good luck everyone! Live happy and healthy!
