In some cultures, if you finish everything on your plate it's an insult to the host. In my family culture, if you don't finish your plate and ask for seconds that is an insult. Even when I am completely full, I have never turned down a freshly baked homemade chocolate chip cookie. What's hunger got to do with it?

Using Steve's definition, I realized that I never eat dessert. Even when dining out, if a meal includes dessert, I always get it to go and then eat it later. It then becomes my evening snack.
