Hey Im a new member to MFP. I too am looking for support. I want lose 20 lbs. My struggles are sweets.. I like ginger cookies, but unfortunately their high in carbs. What do you eat when have a sweet tooth. My daily exercise goal is 4 miles a dumbells and light strength training no more 15lbs dumbells.
