  • I used to eat that a few years ago a lot the fresco menu it's definitely delicious and a great low calorie option. I'm currently obsessed with the spicy potatoe soft taco ^_^ it's amazing.
  • Yeah, you sound super young please speak with your doctor about your health concerns as another user mentioned.
  • Yes you can drink anything that will fit in your calorie goal. You ca even go over if you want, but your rate of loss will slow down. Btw your profile picture is a model that I would always see in promotions for Chinese mechandise right now the product being modeled is the necklace. I bought items from the merchant before,…
  • It also depends on age please speak with your doctor about your question.
  • No clue millions of such questions have been asked weigh yourself daily and you will find out the answer.
  • Also since MFP mentioned you should eat 1540 I recommend you do so because it already took into consideration your height and weight and activity status. Buy a food scale, eat 1540 calories, if you work out eat at least half of it back, and hopefully this will help:
  • You're eating more than you think because you would've lost weight if you were eating at 800 calories and dealt with some health problems as well. If you're not weighing our food on a food scale than you're eating more. Start tracking things more accurately if you don't have a food scale buy one, and report back if you…
  • I do recommend trying to lose more weight because it will help make the pregnancy easier if you ever chose to. Right now you would be considered high risk eat at a deficit, work out, and eat back half of the calories. I wouldn't worry about pregnancy right now enjoy your marriage. Sorry about the doctors comments it was…
  • I personally wouldn't last time I did that came back with more than a 10 pound gain. The scale is what helps me ensure that I'm on the right track and helps me make food choices!
  • If you loose muscle you're going to end up with some cottage cheese looking thighs and loose skin. Muscle is what keeps your skin tight you don't want to be loosing muscle. If you want more toned legs start a cardio and strength training regiment.
  • How are you tracking that you're eating under 1200 calories? Oftentimes the labels tend to under-estimate actual calories. Are you trying to lose weight? What's your current weight? Height? Calorie goal?
  • No it's not okay the minimum for a women is 1200 calories input your goal into MFP and try to loss 1 pound at first and see how things go. Right now what you're doing is losing weight too fast not sure if you know this but rapid weight loss has also been attributed to stretch marks and loose skin, so if you're not trying…
  • Hi, if you're not seeing a professional for your depression I would recommend you start it will really help.
  • Click on Goals enter your starring weight, goal weight, how much you want to lose, and MFP will do the rest of the calculations for you! The site takes into consideration you won't be working out, so loss before working out is already built into it. If you do work out ensure to track it, and they will be considered extra…
  • That's great you're getting support! It seems from what you're eating it doesn't seem as nutritious. Try to have more variety in what you're eating. I know whenever I just eat sugary snacks, or foods like chips I still feel hungry. So I do incorporate more foods from the pyramid fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc into my…

  • You do look great, and I think just from seeing your picture maintenance would be a good idea! :) good luck!
  • The advice I got from a certified nutritionist when I stated to lose weight was that incorporate a workout routine to my diet. She did encourage that I strength train and not just do cardio. Strength training has me feeling a lot stronger, and I can lift more. So I would say not sure about the broth logic but if you're not…
  • I don't feel comfortable giving any health advice to you since something tells me you're in your early teens. Please speak with your parents and a doctor about any concerns you have about your health. Thanks!
  • I agree with this post! Op you could be putting your health at risk. If I were you I would stop and ask speak with your doctor about your health concerns.
  • I know apps exist you can put on your phone that can track steps and some can be linked as well.
  • You don't have to run you know low intensity workouts do exist try the elliptical machine, or even walk on the treadmill if you like. I don't she the treadmill at all I just use the elliptical machine for cardio. Good luck!! You can do this just eat what MFP recommends! You will lose weight as long as you're in a deficit…
  • I say leave it as it is if you want you can eat back some of the calories you burned off some people say at least 50%. I also listed myself as sedentary, and I walk at least 30min every day. I also get at least 10k.
  • Another thing I want to say is be more kind to yourself calling yourself a fat *insert swear word* is a bit harsh. I think you're a strong hardworking person to work hard in trying to better your life and reduce your weight.
  • Eat more food reduce your rate of loss from 2 pounds to 0.5- 1 pound you'll be able to eat more, and not feel the need to binge. People binge when they over-restrict or restrict themselves, or just starve themselves for a long period of time. I'm the same height as you, and I started out 2 pounds less than you. I've been…
  • Definitely congrats on the weight loss Op!! How long did it take you?
  • I also agree with others the fact you're eating so little is a problem especially since you haven't mentioned if you're eating back the calories you also burned from working out. I think not 100% sure but one of the things you probably lost was muscle which in turns helps keep the body more tight you've lost muscle loss…
  • If I were you I would slow down you're not eating back the calories you burned off. You're most likely losing muscle, and will be more prone to having a less tight figure when you're done. Loose skin may be something you deal with at the end but possibly not just thinking with the fast rate it may be possible.
