I post all the time on my Instagram (@running2happiness) it's easier for me to snap a few photos after a workout than write it down. But I also keep a planner and that helps me stay on track the most!

I'm totally in! I did it for a week and stopped (that was over a year ago) but hopefully doing it as a group will help motivate me!
