I've lost large amounts of weight at least 7 or 8 times in my lifetime, over 100 pounds each on 4 different occasions and at least 60 pounds each on at least 4 others. Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 14.9 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort.... I know that I said recently that I don't really aim for distance in my riding, but this was a distance record for a 68 minute "moderate" effort ride for me.... And my legs were only slightly rubbery afterwards! lol
