I rode my NordicTrack recumbent stationary bike 15.1 miles yesterday! I'm still in the moderate effort range. I went to my annual family reunion @2 hours away and spent 12 hours there reminiscing and having fun. I would never have considered riding for exercise after a day like that before. B)

WTG Jim, on the weight-loss!! Blood loss is NOT a recommended method for losing weight!!! As for the exercise, just double down on the other things you do. :)
