Monthly Weight Loss Challenge Results (July)

This challenge is to weigh less at the end of the month than you weigh at the beginning of the month. It is NOT about trying to lose as much weight as possible in a month, and it's not a competition. This is about taking a slightly longer view than a week at a time to gauge progress, and it's about not letting too many weeks get away without progress.

Each month, post your starting weight (or post "x" if you're not comfortable sharing your weight.) The follow-up post will be made at the beginning of the next month. As an option, post ONE thing you will be focusing on for the month related to health/weight loss.

    Goal for the month: 10 miles of walking each week

    Down 2.. Still in the right direction, but it's slowed down to a crawl - and it's pretty easy to see why - it's back to basics time.

    Now that my weight finally quit rising as a result of of beginning a Rayos regimen, I'm starting to lose again. It looks like it will go all right, which makes me a happy camper! :D
