Another one of what? It looks like you have many of the same and are just missing one to complete the set...should it not be the same as all the rest? I think Motorsheen is on to something. Whatever issue you are looking to solve, how can you go wrong with Pope on a Rope?

Not a huge fan with encyclopedic knowledge but I have watched a fair bit over the years. Akira was a total game changer, unlike anything I had ever seen prior to that. Ghost in the Shell blew my mind as well. I play D&D and other role-playing games so I particularly enjoyed The Lodoss War Chronicles and AD Police is…

It is very possible that they said things in regards to me only due to my past injuries, fitness level, form, posture etc. rather than regarding all people in general. I qualified my statements quite carefully so as not to mislead the OP.

I have been told bodyweight exercises are less likely to cause injury because you work within your natural limits and range of motion. Weightlifting is especially hard on the shoulders, particularly the muscles that comprise the rotator cuff. I'm not qualified to declare these statements truth but I do trust the who have…

I'm sore most of the time but I mostly chalk it up to normal aging along with all the injuries I've collected over the years. Are you incorporating any stretching or yoga in your routine? I have a similar regimen to yours except with a 30 minute session of yoga each day instead of quite so much cardio. I have no choice but…

Cottage cheese is the opposite of sneaky calories. It has a great calorie to protein ratio. And never mind that low fat stuff IMHO. Fat is delicious and satiating!
-
I just recently discovered Whey Cool. It's high protein ice cream. 10g protein and 150cal per 125g. Hells to the YAH! I can make that fit in any normal day without feeling even the tiniest bit guilty.

Nothing wrong with the occasional protein shake and, if you are especially low on protein, you can mix it with milk for an extra blast. Not sure where you are but if you have access to a Costco, they have a good protein shake Kaizen something or other that comes in chocolate and vanilla. It tastes a little like *kitten*…

The idea is to find low calorie foods rich in protein so that you get all the protein you need within your recommended calorie allotment. I'm not sure what your allotment is but I have little trouble getting 100g of protein, often closer to 115g, in the 1600 calories I eat per day. When I first started and I was not…

This is wonderful. I think it boils down to whether you love the person or you love what the person looks like. It is inevitable that what the person looks will change.

Cheese is high calorie for the volume but also has a good amount of protein and I find it extremely satiating. As others have said, no food is inherently bad, you just have to find what works for you. It took about a year to figure out high fat/low carb is what works best for me.
-
Cutting both fat and carbs makes it very difficult for your body to fuel itself. It needs one or the other to turn into energy so you'll most likely find yourself hungry, listless and cranky before too long. Fat can be very satiating for some, carbs moreso for others. You need to figure out what types of food keep you…

Beaten to the bacon. Boo.

Along this line, can you simply eat smaller portions of the foods you like instead of dramatically changing what you eat? That's how I was successful at first. I do eat a lot of different foods now but it was a very gradual change as I figured out which nutrient dense foods I enjoy over time. I never stopped eating things…

I think it's worth noting that even the most beautiful women in the world get cheated on. Hugh Grant stepped out on Elizabeth Hurley. We're pretty sure Brad Pitt stepped out on Angelina Jolie. The list of amazingly attractive women whose b/f's or husbands were not faithful to is not a short one. If he's going to cheat on…

What are you, a million years old? Haha j/k. They were a little (only a very little, I'm old too) before my time. I'm often surprised to learn that some catchy, enjoyable tune I remember from the radio in my childhood turns out to be BTO or The Guess Who. Lotsa Trooper too.

Is it pronounced "Costers" by chance? Like the way you drop an entire syllable from Worcestershire, Leicestershire etc.? You crazy Brits :p

Me too.

I like to consider myself a bit of a film connoisseur as well but Birdman escaped me. It was very much like Black Swan in that I could see it was a well made film about a subject that does not compel me. I have no particular affection or appreciation for the ballet or the theatre. I think these films are both highly lauded…

This. I have no idea what my husband's credit rating is.

Converse are too narrow so Vans all the way for me.

Box. Screw. Nut. Shaft. Coupler. Car parts sounds very naughty.

My uncle didn't recognize me. It's been about a year since I saw him last. I've only lost ~15lbs so I honestly didn't thing I'd changed that much but I guess I was mistaken.

I did! She was very anxious and timid at first but she's much more comfortable now, totally at home with us. Her adoption was quite painless considering what I know others have gone through with their rescue dogs. I'm happy to say she's an absolute delight!
-
Rjan91, I love your profile pic! And if that's your dog, I'm pretty sure I'm in love with it!
-
Your butt is prolly hanging out with my boobs on the beach somewhere. They ditched me last year when I lost a mere 15 lbs. Didn't take much for them to pack up and leave. *kitten*.

Watched Hell or High Water on the weekend. Was surprisingly good. Same director as Sicario and full of similar social commentary. Also watched Locke. It's a very quiet film, prolly not for everyone. Middle-agers invested in their family and career should find it compelling enough though and you can't go wrong if you like…

What are you doing to those canaries?!?!
