I plan a week at a time. Helps a ton with grocery shopping. I can always shuffle things around if my mood changes or I forget to take something out of the freezer as long as I hit my macros within my calorie allowance on any given day.

I often eat a small piece (90cals) of cheese before bed because I find it more satiating than any fruit for that amount of calories.

It wasn't last night but it's a memorable dream that might amuse others. I once dreamt that Michael Pena wanted to fight me but I was not interested. So, to incite me to fight, he stabbed my sister. Not sure what's up with that LOL

For some goddamn reason, I have Feliz Navidad stuck in my head. It's not Christmas and I don't speak Spanish >.<

Another for Silver Hills Little Big Bread

I pretty much guarantee no man has ever had a customer tell them they'd be much prettier if they wore a little makeup. This is not a terribly common occurrence for me but I have heard it on more than one occasion over the years. As if being pretty has any bearing on the work I do lol

Well, you see, the problem isn't the things the mansplainers are doing, the problem is that we are calling the things they are doing "mansplaining".
-
Meh. Thanks for the support but I am honestly so used to dealing with men like stanmann571that it's pretty much water off my back. Although I do appreciate yours, I don't need his validation and it's rather amusing to incite him to display his ignorance for all to see.
-
The government where I live disagrees with the mansplainer. Parts technicians are in fact parts technicians, as my professional accreditation shows. But what do I know? I'm just the person who went to school to get the accreditation.
-
Stating facts is not a pity party. Nor is it complaining. You are talking about experiences of which you have no knowledge and telling me, the person with the experience, that I don't know what I'm talking about. You have no idea what my work uniform looks like and have completely discounted the fact that I wear a name…
-
Please do tell me what better place I could be standing than behind the parts counter and directly in front of the professional accreditation indicating that I'm qualified to dispense the knowledge I have? Please also tell me what better way I can be dressed than in my work uniform with a name tag identifying me as the…

Nice try but when I, the person with two forms of professional accreditation displayed on the wall above my work station, am ignored in favour of listening to the high-school aged boy who parks the cars for customers, it is clearly a gender issue. You are now currently attempting to mansplain away my life experience…

You have toes but you are not toes ergo you are not fat, you have fat. You can change how much fat you have. Try not to be so hard on yourself :)
-
"Could of", "should of" and "would of" are contractions that do not involve the word "of" in any way when used properly. Have you even thought about what you are trying to communicate compared to what the words you used actually mean? >.<

Nope, this is me 24/7, 365 days a year ;)

If mansplaining is not a thing, why do I have men at my parts counter (incorrectly) telling me how their car works when I'm a certified automotive technician and automotive parts person with over 17 years of experience in the industry? If mansplaining is not a thing, why do I have men at my parts counter arguing with me…

I'm going meet and hopefully adopt this beauty today. Her name is Bella. She was surrendered to a local rescue society because her owner was transferred out of the country for work and was not able to bring her. My mom found her online and told me about her on Monday. My last dog died 15 months ago and I haven't been ready…

1500cal may be appropriate for him. If he eats at that intake for a couple of weeks and it has deleterious effect on him, low energy, excessive weight loss, obsessive behaviours etc., you can always go online and revise his calorie allowance with the help of a TDEE calculator at that point rather than dismissing it out of…

How have I not heard of this??

Usually about 600cal at breakfast, 200-300cal at lunch and 400'ish for dinner with about 300cal in snacks, depending on what's left after lunch and dinner. I almost always try to get a small piece of cheese (90cal) in right before I go to bed as it really tides me over well for the night--trying to sleep with a rumbly…

I've no help for getting you this film, just wanted to say it's a great film and it will be worth the pursuit. Keep at it and good luck to you!

A big ole helping of carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yummmmm. I had the calories to spare but so much for low carb that day.

To do a Trudeau. Alternatively, to do this yoga pose.

How many times am I going to have to walk back and clarify my statement? I'm not arguing anything with anyone. I AGREE THAT A WOMAN CAN BE BOTH PRETTY AND NOT LEAN. Just because you are heavy doesn't mean you are not pretty and just because you are lean does not mean you are pretty. Not sure how much more clear I can be.
-
It seems like we are talking past one another. I already said I'm not sure how to define the spectrum between fat and ??? Not fat? Skinny? Fit? Whatever word you want to use, she exists towards the fat end of the spectrum as opposed to the not fat/skinny/fit end of the spectrum. My comment was intended to communicate that…

Again, do you somehow believe that you look like the model we are discussing? I creeped your photos and, IMHO, you do not. Your BF% is obviously much lower than hers. As I said earlier, she's very pretty but that doesn't mean she's not carrying a fair bit of extra fat. I guess I could have been more clear: it's not a…
-
Do you see what is photo-shopped away in her modeling shots? The lumpy, bumpy fat on her outer and inner thighs, which none of you ladies present. We can't even see the back of her legs where each of you are presenting so it's a specious comparison. Not to mention that I hope none of you ladies think you are anywhere near…
-
Sure you can. The bumpy, lumpy skin on her thighs looks that way due to cellulite. Cellulite is fat. Stubborn fat that is distressingly easy to accumulate and distressingly difficult to shed but it's fat. My legs looked just like that when I was heavier (30%BF) and don't now that I'm fit (23%BF). You'll be hard pressed to…

She's very pretty but those are not the legs of a fit person.
