It's an achievable goal, I've done it before but you have to be consistent. I'm currently dieting now and hoping to lose 45lb in 12 weeks so you're more than welcome to add me for some extra support.

I had this problem too, it will simply cause you more stress and will make you crave sweet foods/drinks thus leading you to drink more of the diet soda. Advice is to simply stop, that's how I got over it. It took me a few weeks to no longer crave it but I'm glad to be out of that cycle now as my cravings became sky-high…

Similar story to me. In 2013 I lost 74lb but during 2014 and ever since I've been binging like crazy and now have gained back around 50lb.
