  • Exactly the same weight for 2 weeks now but I’m not discouraged. For the last two weeks I have had multiple cheat days so I am happy I didn’t gain.   • Sunday 10/07: 141.6 Sunday 10/14: 139.0 Sunday 10/21:135.6 Sunday 10/28: 134.6 I’ve lost 1 pound since last week and a total of 7 pounds since starting 3 weeks ago! I can see slowly but surely it’s working. I also lost about an inch under and on my bust area. Only 9 more pounds to lose before my goal weight!
  • Sunday 10/07: 141.6 Sunday 10/14: 139.0 Sunday 10/21:135.6 Sunday 10/28: Since starting I have lost 6 pounds! I haven’t strayed once and still fast everyday. I can see as the days go on I get stricter with my macros. My ultimate goal is to get down to 125. Very excited I started this new way of living.

I haven’t broken my Keto diet or IF for a week and I’m still going strong. I def. feel less bloated in my tummy area. Here’s to another week :)

I’ve been doing great during the last two days but night is when I fall off. I’m just going to keep going and resist the temptation :) Can’t wait to see what I weigh in a week!
