59. 4. I started a month ago and I've lost 7.2 so far. I'm also doing the DASH diet (low sodium, increased potassium, magnesium, calcium & fiber) and for some reason it's all working. My blood pressure is down and I'm losing weight! Yay!

I'm 5'5" and 260, down 6.6 lbs. in 20/2x and they are getting loose.
