  • New to MyFitnessPal and am starting a 30 pound weight loss. I am keeping calories under/around 1200, carbs under 60, and exercising 45 day at least 5 times a week (plus a weekly trip to SeaWorld climbing all the water slides and I soooooooooo count that as exercise). Feel free to add me! Motivation always helps!!!
