Thank you all for your replys, however... if you notice my original post doesn't ask about the "quality" of the foods I'm eating, only if I am eating enough calories. Thank you to those who did that. I am not writing this with an acerbic tone but, did anyone one stop and think maybe I cannot "afford" to buy a lot of fruits…

I try to eat to a point that my "net" calories are around 1200-1300. Sometimes I go over and sometimes I go waay under like 900 calories or 800 calories and its just something that happens, but I'm not really sure how many calories are appropriate anyway, the calories mfp calculates for me to lose 2lbs a week is 1200 but…
