Way too low!!! Personally I consider this app great for logging what you eat but as for getting the right intake - no no no. Based on your facts you need to take in between 2400-2700 cals a day (low carb/high carb days) and that means you'll be on a deficit of appr 600 cals a day which will make you loose fat. Try to make…
