Looking to get my six pack again, must be a mid life thing lol. about 20 pounds to go still and would love a few friends with the same goal. The last few pounds is the hardest for me.

I skipped breakfast and lunch because I drank too many brews last evening that I had to burn off lmao

I have a regular breakfast daily and a protein shake before bed. I tally these calories up first thing in the morning. Should I go over goal before bed I cut out the protein shake.

The reason I do it is because my wife cooks meals and it's the same for everyone at the table. I refuse to be rude and push away her yummy meatloaf and deep fried French fries, lol, so I just eat a measures portion, count the calories, and thank her for dedication in preparing a meal for the family.

Not a wine sipper but I do have 1-2 brews after work everyday myself. It clears the mind and actually suppresses my appetite. Drink more then 3 though and it makes me want to eat everything in sight

I have 25 chickens and eat 12 eggs a day. But only 4 yolks

Scrambled eggs with ketchup lol add a Yolk to 4 egg whites for some taste

Put it in my kitchen aid grinder and make some burger and sausage (add bacon and or pork fat as venison is too lean on it's own to stick together)

I'm down 40 pounds myself by simply cutting out beverages with calories and a recent career change that has me on my feet more

I use what ever whey protein is cheap. Chug it down so fast I don't even realize it has an after taste.

Watch the numbers when you add food to your journal. The entries are user submitted and not always accurate. Double check the nutritional info and if it's correct use it but if it's incorrect there are usually several other duplicate entries of the same to choose from. Hope this helps :)
