I had my own special protein bar (cocoa, oats, pecans, apricots, honey, peanut butter, almond milk, protein powder) message me and I will give you my Recipe! also had a half of a banana, one big glass of nonfat milk and am now enjoying a big mug of green tea plain. Calories, 400.

I always whip up my own. Nonfat milk, banana, strawberries and some vanilla whey protein. I munch on some veggies along with. Just need to use my teeth or I feel like they will fall out. Weird.

I had to switch from my frequent visits to Starbucks. I'm in withdrawal..........now I am making my own green tea and finding that 3 to 4 cups a day really controls my appetite! I wonder if the caffeine in Starbucks was making my hunger worse?! Could that be true? Anyone had experiences like this? Anyhow, try green tea.…

I do two fasts a month now. These are liquid fasts that consist of natural juices, broth and such. I have to be careful to get enough variety and I take vitamins also. I do this for no more than two days. I concentrate better. I sleep great when I do this and I don't know why!? I get rid of a lot of water retention too.…
