One thing which helped me was keeping a big container of salad top shelf front in the refrigerator. No dressing, just tons of veggies. Make yourself dive into that when you get hungry between meals.

Why the heck would anyone do that??

Quaker steel cut oats, cook for 30 minutes. Add whatever topping you can have. I add a few Hersheys kisses!

I never got anxious. I hit my goal weight a bunch of years ago and just kept at it. 1,400 calories and about the same amount of exercise each day. I went down 5 or 6 pounds in the summer and back up again in the winter. I stuck to 1,400 and should have but got sloppy and now i have learned my lesson!! I'm getting back…

Then when you have pounded the chicken almost paper thin, sauce it in olive oil a few minutes until done. chicken must be very…

I suggest take the weekend off from the gym and do something else like biking? Log your calories. Get plenty of protein too! Lots of water also.

The light meat if cooked without skin is about 50 calories per ounce. The dark is more. Enjoy!

Cheese is my downfall. Now I use the Sargento ultra thin slices which are only 40 calories each and are Real Cheese. I save my calories sometimes so I can eat cheese in bed with no guilt.

Simple. Start out just as you are and as you lose weight you will feel like doing more. Cycling is fun and you might meet others to go along with! Joining a gym is such great incentive!

Come on. You are HERE. There's hope. Get some buddies with similar interests. You need to reach down deep and find the strength that you know is there.
-
Maybe get out and get more exercise and find some buddies to exercise with? Fitness centers are a great place to start!! The exercise will counteract that depressed feeling. It's true! Psychologists will tell you.

At my age, not that I'm old or anything like that, I am concerned about my joints. I am concerned about the stress that getting out and enjoying the activities I love puts on my joints. The less you weigh, the easier it is to do the things you love!! Your heart is also a real thing to be concerned about! Yes weight…

I'm working on a better relationship with the pantry.

Water or sugar free iced tea, lots of ice in a big mug I carry with me. Our local convenience store/gas station has fresh fruit, plus a great selection of energy bars.

I have to get up from my desk at least every hour and walk around for 10 minutes. Then I set aside a couple of hours for my workout. There isn't much time left after that.

Yes, it is possible but it takes a lot of work. I'm right in the middle of it. The best thing is a lot of exercise. Takes your mind of the sweats. Herbal stuff helps too. The mood swings are awful but the herbs help.

Once a week or every two weeks. My weight fluctuates so much with fluid retention that it's discouraging to weigh every day!
