  • Yes I know, I don't want to eat under but I used to be a binge eater. I had only one or two meals a day. Now I switched my meals to healthy food with keeping same amount but now I cannot reach to BMR. I guess I need more meals now.
  • I'm tracking my food very carefully. My TDEE is 1550 and BMR is 1200 but I can only get around 800 at the end of the day.
