Space brownies and pizza and bon bons?

Not green at all. I love adding spinach - but generally I only taste the fruits I put in. Then again I love both so it isn't really an issue. Just try it and you'll know.

Feel free to add me.

I use the recipe builder for everything, and if I've over estimated the calories because I don't eat all the sauce so be it. I suppose you could log the sauce separately in the recipe builder and portion that out according to what you used?

Feel free to add me. I hear you about struggling to make the right choices sometimes! Good luck on this part of your journey.

I let it go. Sometimes life gets in the way. I make the choice that I will continue with the healthy habits when I get back. For road trips I try to pack healthier snacks to have with me (dried fruits, nuts, cashew nut butter and celery, turkey slices) and I keep loads of bottled water on hand. I say no when pressured to…

I pre-plan dinners for the week in the weekend - log those dinners plus a portion for lunch the next day and shop accordingly. Whatever calories are left over I fill with breakfast (smoothies, egg cups, etc.) and snacks. If I know I'm going out for a meal (which happens at least twice a week) I tend to allot 500-1000…

Steamed in foil with bak choi, lime rind and juice, ginger and chili's - with a bit of soy or oyster sauce. About 15 minutes if defrosted, about 20 if not.

Moderate, yes - give up, no!

About 5-7% - but that includes memberships with additional benefits, so I'm not sure how to categorize them. E.g. my "golf" membership (I don't play golf haha) includes use of gym, tennis court, sauna, steam room, pool, discounts on my fav spa and one of my fav restaurants (including some free yummy food & wine pairings).…

I'm still in my first month. Day 19 and 3 lbs lost so far. I changed that I log food daily, make weekly meal plans instead of going from day to day and try to make most of my meals from scratch. Upped my veggie and fruit intake and stopped eating white bread. Haven't changed my exercise by much, but do try to be active at…

Cauliflower rice or mash is a favorite of mine, as well as zucchini fries or boats. Other than that I love steaming almost any vegetable; also awesome to steam them in foil with fish and Asian inspired sauces. Stuffed peppers, lettuce wraps, anything in stir fry or omelettes. Celery and carrots as snacks with either cheese…

Nope, not at all. Just try to balance protein/fat/carbs and control portion sizes. I eat eggs almost daily.

Mine too! Versatile, quick and wonderful way to use left over ingredients from other meals.

At 5'2" I spent years being on the low end of the BMI healthy scale despite eating plenty. After finally gaining weight I headed straight for the other end of the spectrum and am now trying to reach between 115 - 120.

2-3 L a day, mostly water and a few cups of tea. Usually have a 0.5 L water bottle with me all the time as it's always hot here.

1st Olympics for a young friend of mine (she's got many more years to go) and she won 2 out of twelve races. So inspiring. She followed her dream and though she didn't placed for a medal race, she showed she belongs there with the rest of the best. I think it's the best anyone from my country has ever done. Shows dreaming…

So much fun and very challenging. Unfortunately my current schedule conflicts with local lessons atm, otherwise I'd be going twice a week!

The first explanation might be that you are consuming more calories than you think. Do you use the calories burned that your treadmill estimates to calculate what you can eat back? From what I've heard these notoriously overestimate expenditure. Are the calories you consume made up of too many empty calories vs nutritious…

Stir fry Thai beef and veggies. I'm doing zucchini tomorrow though - going to make chilli-cheese stuffed zucchini boats. :)
