Congrats on the healthy lifestyle change! Awesome results.

You're very welcome! @DetroitDarin. And no matter what anyone says there's nothing sexier than a man who knows how to move his body and lead his lady across the dance floor!

Apple slices with cashew nut butter and dark chocolate chips or frozen mango.

Enjoy your evening, estimate high when logging cals and move on. But mostly enjoy that someone else has made you a meal!

Dance is awesome, and it's a nice workout both for your body and brain. Learning how to lead your partner can be challenging! I've been dancing since I was a kid and miss it if I can't fit it into my schedule. Went from all forms of ballet to ballroom and now am solely doing Latin (tends to be the only option in Latin…

I take left overs from previous dinners (stir fry and pasta's mostly) or make big batches of sandwich filling (egg salad, rosemary chicken salad) that I add to sandwiches, wraps or salads.

Italian inspired tonight: penne with chilli tomatoes and spinach topped with loads of parmesan. About to make a caprese salad as a snack.

@louann_jude That's barely less daunting! haha. 45 Minutes a day is a bit more than I had planned, but why not...aim high right? :# (Glad I didn't use the km distance like @KareninLux!) CW 123 GW 115 Minutes to go: 4895

I love the idea of this challenge! Unfortunately 4,895 miles is not doable for me before X-mas. I wish you all good luck with reaching your goals. You can do it.

Reduced mine with a few things - ice on the elbow/upper forearm mornings and evenings, heat right before bed (liniment), plus I wear a wrist brace when playing beach tennis. I rest the arm more than usual, massage the pain points regularly and changed the grip on my paddle to better fit my hand. Hope you find something…

Obsessively, no, but I do pre-log main meals like dinners and lunches once a week when I do my meal planning/grocery list for the week. I'll adjust the portions after I've eaten. As there're always changes in plans during the week, pre-logging makes it much easier to shift the meals to other days. Breakfast/snacks/drinks I…

Strawberry romanov - vodka based. I'm sure the strawberries were healthy once, as were the grains/potatoes. ;)

Amazing change! Congratulations!

Had this one yesterday http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/smoky-tilapia-tacos. Very yummy! I personally eat a variety of fish, but tilapia is so easy to take out of the freezer and prepare compared to some others that's it's a perfect weekday quick meal choice for me.

why does she have to do that? she can just plug in her stats and set it to lose .5lbs a week and go from there. mfp will calculate her deficit.[/quote] MFP will not go below 1200 cals. My maintenance is around 1400 - no matter which choice of losing I plug in my suggested calories do not change - lose 1 lbs - 1200 daily…

I'd like to get back to 115 from 127. I've accepted that it's going to be slow going considering I'm short and have no desire to starve myself in the process. No multiple pound losses for me. I'm healthier overall and my body is slowly adjusting to getting stronger and leaner. Patience is key I guess!
