  • Hey everyone!! Sorry I've been away. I had my wisdom teeth out and it's been a rough road to recovery. Had to take almost 2 weeks off of work. But I am starting to feel better just battling head and jaw aches. I'm excited to see how everyone is progressing with goals! So proud of you all! Push onward. You can do it!!

  • Wisdom teeth are out. I'm sore but feeling okay. For supper, I had pureed Thanksgiving soup and a delicious milkshake for dessert. My husband is taking care of me like it's his life job. He's the best.
  • I used Noom and I loved it! Helped me drop 20 lbs! I gained about 30 lbs a year and a half ago from medication. I was in shock when I stepped on the scale and cried.   • This Tueday I'm getting my wisdom teeth out. I don't know how much pain I'll be in, but I'll aim to get exercise in tomorrow and on the weekend. As for treats, limit to one milkshake a day, and stick to protein smoothies, soups, and rice pudding as my main source of food.
